Psychoeducation courses are held by psychological well-being officers. We aim to allow individuals with mild to moderate psychological distress to understand how emotion is unfolded by physical sensation, behaviours and cognition. The courses also provide methods to regulate emotions.
Dealing with insomnia course
The course uses the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy to explain the causes of insomnia and methods to improve sleep.
Stress and Anxiety Management Course
The course allows you to understand the nature of stress in a relaxed class, and systematically teaches some stress reduction tools so that you will not be anxious in your body, mind, or behavior, and you will also be able to deal with common emotional problems.
