Relaxation Practices

When we are stressed, our body tensed up automatically. The audio recordings (available in Cantonese only) below will guide you to relax your tense body, and you can practise these relaxation techniques in your own time. Regular practice can help you deal with part of the uncomfortable bodily sensations associated with your emotions, and help you gain a better grasp of your own physical and psychological states when you are emotionally disturbed.
